on Bnyan. Please review the information carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are processed by the respective vendor.
  • Order processing time typically ranges from 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the vendor and destination.

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (if available)
  • Local Pickup (offered by selected vendors)

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Each vendor is responsible for setting their own shipping rates,
in accordance with Bnyan’s shipping standards.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • Local deliveries: 2–5 business days
  • International deliveries: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by
customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

5. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
Customers can track their orders through:

  • Their Bnyan account dashboard
  • The carrier’s official tracking website

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery.
  • Additional fees may apply.
  • Orders returned to the vendor may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and order details.
  • The vendor and Bnyan support team will assist in resolving the issue.

8. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Bnyan is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
